Ryan Geluk

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Ryan has over 23 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, tax and advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries. During his twenty years in the British Virgin Islands, he has successfully headed the audits of a large number of investment funds, captive insurance companies and other local and international companies.  He has also worked with small businesses to help them manage growth and through difficult times.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services sector, with a broad focus on finance and investments and Information technology.  He is the director in charge of a wide variety of fund structures including, but not limited to convertible arbitrage, private equity, fund of funds, commodity/foreign exchange, and long-short. Ryan is also responsible for IT matters at the Firm and its clients.

Outside of the firm, Ryan gives much of his time in serving on a large number of industry advisory committees.  He is also a past president of the Rotary Club of Road Town where he has served on the board for a number of years.  Most recently, he has had increased involvement in the Rotary Foundation matters serving as the Chair of a number of areas within the Northern Caribbean District.
